Susan was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. What really stood out was her genuine kindness and patience throughout the entire process. She has that warm Midwest friendliness that instantly puts you at ease and makes you feel valued as a customer. Susan went above and beyond to help me, and her outstanding customer service made the experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Susan, for all your help!
