Left me waiting over an hour for an estimate on a whole-house window replacement job (i.e., significant $). Did not show up until after I called to complain. The guy who finally showed up did not acknowledge that he was late, and when pressed offered only attitude and excuses ("not my fault") but no apology. There are plenty of other places to spend my money, so I will not waste my time on these jokers again.
