If you want a restoration be sure to ask them how they restore the outer metal framing. I was clear I didn't not want to change the size of the frames glass from its 125 yr old style. But the outer metal had cracked. It's needed changing. This company assured me they wouldn't change the size in the repair. Unfortunately what they did was cut the glass back and add double the size of the metal. They never said they would ever do that. Who CUTS old antique glass as part of a restoration project????
That's not restoration. It's butchery. When I complained the owner of the store an old guy hung up the phone on me repeatedly. Zero customer service. Don't use them
