I was made to feel at ease by the staff and so, very comfortable with the choice to bring my large dog to Colony Animal Clinic for her first ever veterinary visit and subsequent procedure at the age of eight years. My pet loved coming to the clinic and hanging out with all the nice people over her three-day stay, which is a big deal for us because she is usually apprehensive around strangers. She was immediately relaxed and had a good time! Dr Hoover and the surgical team helped me to feel that I was trusting caring people with my beloved "sweet little pee-pee head baby girl". She received pampering and even got her nails clipped as a surprising relief to me because she doesn't allow it to be done normally! I highly recommend Colony Animal Clinic to anyone who loves there fur-family members.

I was referred to Colony Animal Clinic by my own vet for an ultrasound for my dog Ellie. They were able to get us in within just a few days. On the day of my appointment, my first impression of the clinic itself was that is SO charming due to being in a historical location. When we arrived, we were greeted by the ladies at the front and able to fill out our paperwork easily. The tech who came to get my dog was so friendly and welcoming. The appointment didn't take long at all and after my dog’s ultrasound was finished, Dr. Duplantis explained everything to me thoroughly and patiently as if we were any other regular client. She has a great demeanor and based on just our one visit, I would absolutely bring my dog(s) back here or recommend her clinic. Thank you Dr. Duplantis and team for a great experience and for easing our minds about Ellie’s health!

We had a wonderful first experience with this vet! I couldn’t be happier with the information that I received on both animals. We just moved into the city and had to have a vet and she came recommended and I’m so glad that they did!!

Dr. Megan Harwood was absolutely wonderful with my dachshund Cooper. She gave him a thorough exam & listened & answered all questions. I’ve lived here 4 years, and basically continued going back 4 hrs away to my previous vet. Until now.. I feel like I’ve finally found a clinic that is experienced & knowledgeable. I don’t feel like just a ‘number’ but feel like the staff & doctor wants to not only give the care my pup needs but cares about me being informed & cared for as well. It can be overwhelming at a doctors office whether it’s for our fur-baby or for us! But information & caring takes the fear away. Thank you Colony Animal Clinic & Dr. Megan!
