I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY GIRLFRIEND FOR OUR FIRST VALENTINE'S DAY AND THEY PUT AN EX-GIRLFRIEND'S NAME ON THE CARD!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I GAVE THEM ALL OF THE PROPER INFORMATION! THEY READ IT BACK TO ME AND IT WAS CORRECT. HOW COULD THEY BE SO ABSENT-MINDED! I HAVE USED THIS FLORIST FOR MANY YEARS BUT NOW I'M DONE!!! I REALIZE THAT THINGS HAPPEN BUT I'M HUMILIATED!!!!!

Shannon provided flowers for our wedding at The Sterling on 12/6/25. The prices were reasonable, and she was very helpful with taking a disorganized vision of what he wanted and making it something beautiful. She went above and beyond, helping to turn the venue into something very unique.

THE OWNER IS THE BOMB DIGGITY!!!!! We didn’t get my grandma flowers for her wake TODAY and the owner gave us the highest quality service, the fastest service and the most beautiful bouquets of flowers in less than hour. She fulfilled every request we asked for as well-even when she said she didn’t have peach roses or lilies!!!! We are incredibly grateful and beyond impressed by the professionalism. 20/10 would recommend to all friends (and enemies).
