I purchased a car from this shop and regretted it instantly. Car had a ton of other issues that were never mentioned at the time of sale. The owner offered me 10k to trade in the car for another car on the lot when I paid almost 15k, only 2 months after my original purchase from them, so I would be out almost 5k plus the cost of the repairs I had done. lol what a joke!
Obviously buying a used car is always a risk but more so when you deal with a place like this.
Since then, we’ve bought 2 used cars but went all the way to the city for the purchase as I wasn’t going to trust this place again.
Sad because you want to try and support local living in a small town but this is what local looks like.
Buyer beware!

I have been looking for a Dodge Caravan for a month and saw so many dealers with awful products and presentation. I broadened my search and found a GREAT dealer in GRAFTON. GRAFTON Automotive had 2 Caravans that I was interested in. Both sold vans that were clean and drove amazingly.
Well we purchased a 2016 Caravan and picked it up today. Perfectly clean, safety with new brakes and they even replaced a seat that wasn’t work well that I didn’t even know about. Albert was our sales person and had to be the most pleasant sale person I have ever felt with. I spent 30 years in a dealership environment and wish I had people like Albert working for me.
If you are looking for a good used car and great pricing with no sales push, this business from ownership to sales is one of the BEST I have ever dealt with !
I can’t wait to buy there again !
