I recently brought my Chevy Traverse in for a transmission fluid flush along with a full inspection to check for any other issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was thorough, professional, and took the time to really dig into what my vehicle needed rather than just doing a quick fix. They walked me through everything they found and explained the work clearly.

Since the service, my Traverse has been running so much more smoothly — shifting feels seamless and the whole ride is noticeably better. It’s such a relief to trust that my car is in good hands. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, quality service!

Kevin was wonderful to work with! He got my car into the shop quickly, diagnosed the issue on the same day, and had my car fixed by the next morning. His communication throughout the entire process was honest and helpful. Overall this business provides very efficient, thorough service and I will be a returning customer.

The carbon team didn’t awesome job getting my vehicle back up and running very quickly. Kevin was kind and knowledgeable. I had to Have a water pump replacement along with a few other related issues. I would definitely recommend Cottman.

Cottman on Wornall Road performed important work on my auto transmission and did so quickly and efficiently at a fair price based on my research. My car now runs smooth as glass. Consider me to be a highly satisfied customer! They've earned some unrelated follow-up work on my vehicle. Repairing the car (versus having to buy a replacement) relieved some potential financial stress for our monthly household cash flow. The sky seems a little bluer each day I drive it to work.

Cottman Transmission did a great job, not only were they accurate with their estimate, but they informed me of needed additional work that saved me hundreds down the road. I appreciate their honesty and if I need more transmission work I will always go to and recommend Cottman.
