I want to thank Britton and crew, Felix, and Chris for the great service and timely installation of our new shed. super people to work with. Britton especially worked with the City of Columbus Building Department to resolve a code issue that went very smoothly. Felix and his crew for getting the concrete placed without any hiccups. Chris and guys for the quick delivery and erection. WOW those guys a quick. We're very satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend Tuff Shed to anyone looking for additional storage solutions.

I couldn’t be happier with my recent shed purchase! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The shed is solidly built with high-quality materials, and the craftsmanship really stands out. Delivery was prompt, and installation was seamless—everything was set up exactly as promised.

A special shout-out to Britton, the sales representative who helped me through the process. Britton was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained all my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. His customer service was outstanding, and it truly made the experience that much better.

It’s rare to find a company that offers both a top-notch product and such exceptional service. My new shed has added both functionality and value to my property. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love my new shed. Britton is easy to work with, he actually listens to what you want. He helped make the whole process easy & my new shed was installed sooner than I had expected. Even the builders were great. Will be looking forward to working with them again.

Britton in Lincoln was excellent to work with. He showed us the displays at his location, and explained the details and options for each. Once we got approval for our permit, he got the ball quickly rolling. We would definitely do business with him again!

UPDATE: after wind storms came through the area, we lost a couple shingles. We messaged Britton with pictures, and when we were at the property a week later, the missing shingles had already been replaced. Now THAT is outstanding service, even after the sale!
