Bought some black rubber mulch online the day before, went there yesterday as i was told ready for pick up, the customer service lady made me wait where 15 minutes later the boy brought me the wrong items, waited again outside where he did not show up, so the whole wait was 45 minutes and this was in the morning, no one was there. They should look at the persons they higher to be responsible and quick ,not slow and laid back like some.

In late August I went to Rona(Saint Laurent) after having a horrible experience at Home Depot. I had ordered a light fixture ($412 )online from Home Depot . Once it arrived it was broken we returned to the store and then we reordered another one. To our disbelief the same broken one that was sent back to us! So when I went to Rona I wasn't sure what to expect. The team at Rona were amazing , especially Andre and Cedric they helped me choose various different light fixtures, They helped me verify that none of them were not broken. At lastly helped me put them in the uber. Amazing ppl great job Rona to have such a great team!

Nice and portable freezer (15kg), working fine so far.
Keep it on for like 24hrs in other to know if it’s freezing well.
Better to plug it
Delivery was next day and cost around $70 to delivery it like 10min away from the store.
The only options available is pick up or delivery (of which only express is available).
Giving it 3 stars as the delivery person wasn’t very helpful he just dropped it off in front of the building and left had to get someone else to assist me taking it up the stairs.(it’s not heavy just big).

⛄As of December 9, 2022, when I visited the store, lots of the Christmas things were on sale. But, be aware...not all things were 75% off. The signs placed around the Christmas items were a little deceptive. Written in small print is "up to" 75% off. You won't know what the discount on your item is, until you get to the cash or ask someone first.
