I purchased a phone with Edwin a few weeks ago. He was very pleasant, kind and helpful! I noticed shortly after that I wasn't receiving messages from iphone users so I went back and his customer service was just as wonderful as the first time. He helped me get the issue resovled today and I couldn't be more grateful! 🫶🏾🩷

My experience this time with Antonio was very pleasant. I went last week and the girl only spoke Spanish and didn't know how to help me.
But Antonio helped me this time and did it in an excellent way. Thank you Antonio for your help. Very good service.

I have visited this location several times and typically receive competent, friendly service. On my most recent visit neither of the two employees were able to properly assist me due to language barriers. My inability to understand Spanish, and their inability to understand English. It was frustrating to not be able to resolve the need for me to replace a phone that I had misplaced. I attempted to visit the Robert steet store and tha employee there did not speak English at all. I am writing this to point out the possibility of not being able to communicate with the staff in English. To save customers the trip if they are not able to communicate in Spanish. I left frustrated and disappointed, as I wish to provide my business within my neighborhood, and miss the opportunity to receive the same positive and helpful service I had on previous visits.

My experience was amazing. The level of customer service was outstanding! Due to technical errors, it took over an hours to activate my phone. Although the situation was frustrating I never once felt stressed, and that is thanks to the staffs excellent customer service and refusal to stop for a second until my issue was solved. Ruth was the MVP of my experience here at boost Mobile! Ruth work non-stop until my issue was solved, for multiple hours she remained chipper and kept me at ease despite working so hard to resolve his stressful situation. I was very impressed and thankful that I had such wonderful staff helping me here at boost Mobile!
