i made an appontment a week ahead for an inspection and quote. I was told i would recieve an email confirming the appointment, i never received any, so the night before i called again, left a message, emailed also , no response, then the morning of the appointment , i recieved a text saying they are not coming, the roof is too high, their technicians are not qualiied for that. we live in a 3 story townhouse, not a high rise apartment building. I could never recommend this sort of service and response
