Terrible company to work with. They say one thing an act on another. Communication in this company is awful and would not recommend to any steel companies in the area.

I came in searching for designer metals for cabinetry a few days ago and was immediately assisted and guided by James R. He took the time to explain different materials, sizes, gaugues and even put me in contact with customer service to get prices and quotes. What would've taken me hours to research online, took moments in front of James with his knowledge and experience working with metals. I truly appreciate the attention to customer service and going above and beyond to help me in dialing in my metal options.

I needed wire mesh and my plan turned out to be more costly than expected. The guy made suggestions that put me back inline with my budget. I received the material in 3 days and it was exactly what I needed. Much appreciated!
