I cannot say enough positive things about HOM furniture; specifically Bruce. He was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly: QUICK! We were in and out within 30 minutes with a new sofa sleeper.

My shopping experience exceeded my expectations, I found some great pieces of furniture with the help of a very kind sales associate. Bruce listened to me, answered all my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. He made a master list for me so I could keep track of all pieces I liked, He revised the list as I narrowed down choices. He was patient, never pushy.I'm really happy with my final decision!

Trisha was very knowledgeable & helpful. We had a lot to accomplish & she willingly spent hours walking the floor with me selecting options & discussing good, great, & not so great combinations from the huge variety of furniture pieces to select from.

Delivery was right on schedule & the guys were so professional & pleasant.

My wife and were impressed about the whole experience of buying a new bedroom set at your downtown Wausau location. The quality of the furniture was better than the other store we had visited (Furniture & Appliance).

Bruce did an excellent job of listening to us and steering us to our options, even if they were not the most expensive. He had us try several mattresses, explaining what was important. He knew to go for a walk when we were getting down to our final choices, but was back when we were ready. We even came back a week later and surprised him by adding a very high quality Amish dining table set made in Ohio.

Our furniture arrived yesterday with no issues. Ben & Cody arrived at 10:47 am, the exact eta that was estimated to us early in the morning! The HOM website was very helpful in us being able to see when our turn for delivery was coming. Ben was very motivated to get everything set up correctly in an efficient manner.

We are 100% happy with our purchases!
