Great experience.
Walked in, 20 minutes went by without a greeting from anyone. Multiple acknowledgments by sales representatives, but no one formally talking to us. And then along came the GOAT, Lisa Tuset.
Cool, calm & collected, she came by to make casual conversation. Nothing pushy, not salesy, just informative and genuine.
After 30 minutes of talking to her, we decided to invest in our new piece of furniture. We had not intended nor planned on buying a new couch that day. But with the GOAT attributes that Lisa provided, we left satisfied and excited for our new $1600 sectional.
Please go directly to Lisa.

I went into Hom in Rogers because I had a few spare minutes and saw a sign indicating clearance on patio furniture. My consultant was Shannon Howard. She did an excellent job answering my questions about what I liked by seeking answers on the computer etc. I also liked how she presented herself. In the end, I look forward to receiving my new patio furniture in a week or so! SOLD

Just bought a new couch very happy 😊 My salesperson Michelle Ulfers was friendly and very helpful! The delivery men were great set up everything the way I wanted it. Highly recommend Hom Furniture in Rogers!
Just bought a Rocker / Recliner to go with my new couch. Worked with Michelle again, she was so helpful to find one that would go with it and was comfortable for me Thank you Michelle!

Robyn at HOM Furniture was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right pieces rather than just making a sale. She took the time to understand my space, answered all of my questions clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re shopping at HOM, I highly recommend asking for Robyn—she made a big purchase feel easy and well thought out.
