I should have read the reviews before using these guys but they came recommended to me from my mother to the point she was willing to pay for my move. Firstly, they showed up late by 30 mins. I was told with three guys the move would go quickly, it did not. The 3rd guy barely carried anything, broke my sword stand and smoked more than he worked.The owner basically stood around directing them too. It was about an hour drive and they took a 30 minute break... the total was $2200 which was more than the estimate by far. I would use them again minus the 3rd guy... His Spanish employee was top notch!

CAUTION DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! We hired the St. Catherine's location and dealt with Chris. Chris will ripe you off on the extras they charge on top of their hourly rate for moving which they are slow at too. We paid more for travel time (which they add way more time then the actual time it takes them), gas fees, lunch breaks which they so charge for, etc... then we did for the actual time moving. We will never hire Right Away Movers Inc (Chris) again nor would I ever refer them to anyone.

Should be called Stay Away Movers. All the extra charges bumped up the cost to a little less than twice what it should have been. A fuel charge of $125 for 20 km total, $175 extra for moving 2 pieces of furniture in the same building, charged for 5 hours instead of 4. When I expressed surprise, he told me he was up very late the night and was functioning on 3 hrs sleep ( my problem?) The owner was rude
Worst move ever! Stay Away.

Used company to move from 1 house to another about 1 hour away. Great quality and very efficient. No complaints at all. Fair price as well. Was very happy and would definitely recommend to family and friends and to other people. Mover was also very respectful.

The location was far away and they arrived later than I thought. They moved my items with care and wrapped everything really well and took care to ensure nothing was going to be damaged. Took a long time to move the small amount I had which I thought should have taken less than the time charged. Was expensive as well. Overall the care provided was good, the movers where professional but the time to move was far too long for a small job.

Awful experience. Broken mirror and dresser drawer which they took away with a promise to repair or replace. Two weeks later after more promises they tell us they will give us $100 and that only if I send an email accepting this as compensation. Sorry but I'd rather do without this ridiculous sum than "accept" this amount. Man in charge was surly, had trouble figuring out how to maneuver some of the furniture and would not listen to suggestions from his assistant. Partway through unloading at the destination the driver demanded payment or they would not unload the rest. We believe the truck came from Cambridge to handle our move in Guelph, NOT the North York address which is the site we were directed to when submitting the review so apologies to North York but we needed to get a caution out there for others.
