Please call and write all your complaints against the workers & supervisors for this office. This is the WORST STAFF EVER! I have NEVER been treated so badly in my life until I had to come to this office. The Whitby office has a lot of nice workers who know what their doing. Unfortunately I had to switch to this Wentworth office and it's been a living HELL! Every month my cheque has been put on hold for a year! Supervisors just quote the legislation (which proved I was in the right) they will not listen or help with a problem, the problem is the workers! Their rude, they don't know what their doing, they will push you around if they think they can, make you do the same things over and over when I found out only 1 thing had to be done once a year. I have been told I must do it every month!? Lies upon lies. They forget that I can read and therefore I have read my rights/requirements. I am working on having 3 workers fired for misusing their job. This needs to STOP!
