Stay away. I give them ZERO stars (couldn't post the review with zero stars hence the one star). They were servicing our pool for two months only and in that timespan our pool was green with algae and unusable for 8 out of nine weeks. Poor communications, seemingly field staff that has no clue or proper guidance / training on how to clean and keep the pools balanced with proper chemistry. Owner is not reachable, or not getting the messages relayed to her from the office manager. Full of shallow excuses and reasons why it wasn't done. Don't waste your money, time and swimming season with Wicked Clean Pools of Wilmington NC !!
