Cashier Tristen was AMAZING! I have good service in general but NEVER have I seen a cashier with such ingenuity! I purchased 6 bottles of kombucha and expected to have them bagged separately in many bags.
Nope! Tristen used a Publix flyer to line the bottom of the bag (adds structural integrity), then wrapped the bottles in the paper and put them all in a double bag! One thing to carry, and even better: watching a future engineer at work!
Thank you Tristen for being a bright spot in my day!

It was a little slow with deli staff but over all customer service was good always good quality subs

Zero stars. A nice looking store in prime location. What excuse is there when boxed milk has a Dec. 2025 date? Not one, 3. There were 8 all together, expired. Plus this week they are 2 for $5. All were expired, I bought zero. Someone could get very sick to say the least. Then corn tortillas, 6 expired. June 12th, it's July 1st. This is not the first time, it's usually yogurt, cottage cheese and bacon that I find. The produce has really suffered here too. Old, wrinkled apples and blacked, bruised bananas, that's if there are any put out. I shop here because it's the closest store to me.
I went today for 5 items, but walked out with one item. You wasted my time, which I have very little set aside to grocery shop. It's right before the holiday, it should be a no brainer to pick Publix to shop at, instead I have to go elsewhere tomorrow. Please check the labels on things. Publix, do better.

I love this location but I honestly won’t be visiting this place ever again! Ordered food at the deli and was told pick up time to be 8:10. Due to me just having surgery I can’t stand to long and shouldn’t be. I get here and no subs are made and I’m given attitude because I questioned where are me and my children’s subs. Mind you it is now 8:30 and I still have no subs. Pick up time was at 8:10 this is unacceptable this is my neighborhood publix but after the experience I received tonight I’ll travel a little bit further for more quality.
Sorry not sorry. Maybe if your employees work on actually making customers subs instead of spraying down a million chemicals near the food for closing this would be a better Publix!
