Was super bummed they discontinued the sawmill gravy and chicken lunch on the hot deli, but Alan made everything better by putting together a delicious lunch for me and making sure I was a very satisfied customer. Alan is an excellent customer relations representative for Publix. Bravo ❤️

Great grocery store. You cant beat publix. Highly recommend especially if you want a pub sub. Staff is very friendly. Place is clean and a lot of options for being a smaller publix. Plenty of parking.

Publix Carillon is a solid location overall. It has that usual Publix reliability: clean store, good layout, friendly employees, and a generally easy shopping experience.

It’s a smaller location and layout so there is limited selection versus a bigger store. It is convenient, well-kept, and usually has what I need without feeling chaotic. The deli and bakery are dependable, and the store has a polished, professional feel compared to a lot of other grocery options in the area.

Not perfect, but definitely a good Publix location and one I do not mind coming back to.

Love this specific location, great options in the store, all the employees have always been very kind and don't make u feel like you are bothering them when asking simple questions. Been coming to this location for years and have never once had any issues for any reasons. Very welcoming store and clean.
