I recently purchased a shower head filter for my bathroom, and I had an amazing experience with Bruno from Alkiss EAUWater. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to properly educate me on the different options so I could choose the best filter for my needs.
What really stood out was his kindness and customer service. Not only did he make the whole experience easy and enjoyable, but he also generously gave me a few bottles of water free of charge, which was such a thoughtful touch.

It’s rare these days to come across staff who genuinely care about helping people, and the team at Alkiss EAUWater truly does. I’ll definitely be returning to purchase more filters in the future.

Me and my family have been getting our water with Alkiss for the past 2 years. Our experience with them has been exceptional. I love that they don't charge a delivery fee if you spend over certain amount, and the summer deals! Not to mention the easy way to order refills through their website that even if you order very late at night you will have your refills the next day. When I can, I do go and refill my bottles myself with their self-serve system on-site. If I catch them in their working hours they're very helpful to load my jugs onto my trunk. Their water is absolutely delicious and good for my kidney disease. Would recommend to anyone looking to consume excellent quality water.

My family has been an Alkiss water since 2013.
We only had 1 issue with 1 tech where he made a hole in the wrong spot. Now we have to deal with it when we move home.
Otherwise we appreciate the rest of the team who helped us a lot, specially KENNY, who patiently dealt with the booking and processing our request. Furthermore, we highly recommend BRUNO, the technician ,who gave us a lot of information regarding the new system we just have installed, the 37000 counter top.Switched to it from 2000 stand up.
