Purchased bulk head , received it and was missing all hardware and 2 mounts , called customer service they said I would have to purchase hardware if they could find it for there product , terrible customer service , would not ever buy another product from them

I purchased the Pro IV Aluminum full size rack. Shortly after purchase the clear coat pealed off, the cross bar bedingd the cab bent down after putting 14-14' 2x6's. The caps in the removable rail came off and the plastic sleaves spun around so the holes dont line up to install the pins.

I emailed the company then called a few times to get a replacement cross bar this went of for about 6 months. I finally got the bar and it didnt have the holes or the plastic piece thet runs the top of the bar.

This is my 3rd rack, it's a good rack but it's my last. I want a better built rack and a company that stands behind their product and answers emails.

Purchased a Service van from a Ford dealership in the Sacramento area and they included the shelves and racking and had them installed. UNFORTUNATELY, they had a different company install them. And only after we had the van for three months, did the shelves and legs start bending and buckling! We let Ford know and they referred us to Kargo Master thinking that that was who installed it. I took the van to them the next morning, met with Karl (shop foreman) and he explained to me that this was a terrible install and whoever installed this would've been fired from his shop. He took it in and replaced the shelves and installed it correctly and it is SOLID!!! Unfortunately, they're going to have to backcharge the other company for their shoddy work, but Kargo Masters are the kings! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
