Employees were trying to get me to buy items at the dollar store because they were cheaper (items they don't sell next door). I told them why, and they kept going on about saying i shouldn't come here to buy because kennys is too expensive, I just wanted to buy my stuff i really couldn't care about the price and i had places to be i didn't come here for a 5 minute rant about store prices from an employee

Clerk provided wrong information of prescription being filled at another Kinney’s.
Drove to the other store to be told the prescription was at the previous store, but then proceeded to call the original store to let them know of the mistake and filled meds without having us drive back for the third stop.
I understand it was an oversight, but when people need prescriptions, we are usually not keen on extra aggravation.
Gave 3 stars because the second clerk was very prompt to offer the solution.

My husband and I went to Kinney Drugs today for a Covid vaccination! It was easy to schedule online. We arrived and were processed immediately. We were escorted into a private little room for the shot. Neither of us even felt our vaccinations-they use a very small needle. Plus we were given a printed receipt for our records. Our pharmacist was RPH A. Canning. We’ll be back for more vaccinations-this was such a positive experience! The pharmacy was very efficiently run! Plus we shopped for a few things we needed! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been a customer for years and in the last 2 years, have been treated like dirt. I've had my privacy invaded by a pharmacist, who shouted at me in front of other customers, another one didn't feel like answering questions when I called and talked to me like I was just a common piece of street trash and then calling to inquire about a prescription the cashier gave attitude, said no and hung up on me. I used to praise this pharmacy and store all day long and now dred the thought of calling or going there. I have to say, they do a great job with your medications but when it comes to customer service thumbs down. All of the nicer people that worked there have all left. I see why. It's such a shame.
