Stopped in while in town to get a Pub Sub. Two gals working the counter, one seemed to be doing online orders only. A line of about 10ppl and at no time did the other individual help or assist nor did the other two employees that were working in the deli area as well who seemed to be tending to preparing deli meats. It took 15min to even get to the order placement portion.

As far as Publix as a whole, I have no issues but the deli department is a whole separate issue. This is the 2nd time I created an online pick up order just to be waiting in the store for over an hour... I created my order at 6:13pm and 6:25 for 3 subs today 07/26/26. It is now 7:25 and I only have 1 sub in hand. Had to call customer service for the 1 guy working to prioritize my paid for online order. Meanwhile people just casually stopping in are being serviced first. Then since I brought it to the attention of the store now the guy working wants to give me an attitude and then deliberately is moving slower. I did nothing wrong in this entire scenario. I ordered ahead of time, was there on time but somehow I'm being looked at like the problem when no other establishment makes you wait almost 50 mins for an online placed order. I order from countless places and I never have experienced attitude like I have here at this Publix. Not even the worst subways I've ever been to are this rude or make me wait this long but this is definitely the last time I'll be ordering a sub from here. Not even acceptable at this point...

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Publix for my son’s birthday order. They truly outdid themselves with his cake. When I placed the order, I was so grateful they were able to turn it into a two-tier cake. I also appreciated their honesty when they initially said they wouldn’t be able to add the chocolate top coverings or the candy and cookies—but they did anyway, and it came out beautifully! It was ready right on time and exceeded my expectations.

In addition, I ordered six different platters, and the staff was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Everything was prepared on time, and they even helped me get everything out to my car, which made the whole pickup process so easy.

The customer service was truly top-notch. It really set the tone for an amazing start to my son’s birthday celebration. I’m so grateful for their care and attention to detail. 🎂

Publix did a really good job. The store was clean, organized, and everything looked well taken care of. I grabbed one of the premade sandwiches from the deli, and it was surprisingly good. It was nice and meaty and the bread was so fresh and soft. Definitely one of those sandwiches where the bread makes a difference. The deli area looked great, and the overall shopping experience was smooth and pleasant. I'll be picking up another one the next time I'm in. 🔥🥪

Very clean and well stocked. They have a great made-to-order sandwich area, and a lot of products that many other grocery stores don’t carry. Some prices are higher, but look for the sales. We got chocolate bars for half price.
