The online orders are often not prepared quickly, especially around 8 PM during the night shift. Some employees also do not have a good attitude toward customers and delivery drivers. I hope the service becomes faster and the staff treat people with more respect.

5 STARS/HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Honestly, standard-setting service here! The young man, named Cedric, who happened to have helped me was super friendly, insanely fast, and on top of everything. Huge props to manager Theresa for keeping this place running like clockwork. The fried chicken was awesome and the mango pie—I’ll definitely be back soon for these delicious fix! Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order.

I received a text notification stating that my order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, it was not ready at all. The employee preparing my order responded in a condescending manner and simply told me to wait because she was still preparing it.

I also asked about the Angus burger from my rewards. She told me I needed to get it from the counter and that I had to stand in line. I did exactly that and waited in line for several minutes. When I finally got to the front, she told me that I had already claimed it. I explained that I was asking about the Angus burger I had ordered, and only then did she say it was already included with my order.

At no point did she explain how the rewards redemption worked or that the burger had already been claimed and was part of my order. Instead, she allowed me to stand in line unnecessarily, only to tell me afterward. A simple explanation would have avoided the confusion and wasted time.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the employee’s dismissive and condescending attitude throughout the interaction. I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when the confusion resulted from a lack of communication.

I hope you can address both the inaccurate “order ready” notification and provide additional customer service training so future customers are treated with clearer communication and greater respect.

Inside of this Jollibee feels
an Actual Jollibee in the philippines! The food is always good all the time. The service was great not even a minute and our order is already in there so props for that. Overall great experience

Dropped by yesterday on the way to the park. The place was clean and the workers wiped the tables soon after customers left.

The chicken came out hot along with the peach pie and mashed potatoes, We did wait a bit for the Aloha burger, but that too came out hot.

Overall a good place for some fast food.
