I cannot believe this would be up to code. Even if it is, how could you do this quality of work to someone’s home? The lines aren’t even straight enough to put some sort of cover over them. You literally destroyed the property values of all the homeowners in the complex with sloppy careless installation. Seriously embarrassing.

Extremely Disappointed - Unorganized and Terrible Service

I am thoroughly disappointed with the experience I had with [Fire Summit Alarm Company]. Their service was incredibly unorganized from start to finish. It started with scheduling; they couldn't seem to get their appointments straight, causing multiple delays and inconveniences for us.

Their invoicing system is an absolute mess. We received invoices for services we never requested or received, and when we tried to clarify, their billing department was as disorganized as the rest of their operation. It's shocking how they can expect businesses to pay for services they never actually provided!

To add insult to injury, during a call to resolve issues caused by their own mistakes, one of their employees had the audacity to hang up on me while I was calmly explaining my concerns. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is beyond comprehension.

I cancelled their service 8 month ago. Today I was surprised they called me asking for a $ 650 alarm monitoring and a 350 service
what A joke!!!!.

On top of all this, their customer service is appalling. They were rude and unresponsive to our concerns, showing a complete lack of professionalism. Dealing with them has been a nightmare from beginning to end, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that values their customers and can actually deliver on their promises.

I have a decent sized living reef aquarium that requires a steady flow of co2 to help run a calcium reactor and keep things stable. I boneheadedly didn’t keep an eye on my 10# tank and ran out. Ran down to get the tank filled and, well, when it rains it pours - the tank was out of date and needed a hydro. I was referred to summit and in casual conversation Jeremiah sensed how important having co2 was for the health of my corals. The co2 tank was going to be a few days before it was ready for me to pick up so he offered to lend me a full tank until it is ready. Seriously next level customer service, that was above and beyond what needed to be done. Thank you! (My coral thanks you too!)

Alfred showed up right on time and was very professional as well as polite. He made the repairs and gave suggestions on additional services needed, making sure I understood the process. I will recommend this company to my colleagues! Thank you!
