Fantastic crew, great office staff & management. They stand behind their work and will be there if any issues arise. Over two years after completion of our solar panels we had a small issue and they were on it immediately. Very highly recommend Shift Energy group.

Recently we had our 11.5kW solar system installed by Shift Energy Group and it has been a great experience overall. This is our first time getting into solar and we are already enjoying the benefits.

From the initial estimate / home evaluation, planning through install, and connection to the grid, the Shift Team was very thorough, professional and great communicators. Our family is very happy with the new system, and it is operating as we had hoped and expected. Thank you!

Recently we found a small leak in our roof and as the roof was nearing time to be replaced we got in touch with Shift after hearing positive reviews about the company. Their roof supervisor Shawn came over quickly, checked things out for us and provided a very reasonable quote that even included additional material should the minor repair need it. The project went totally according to the planned schedule. The installers were fantastic going above and beyond including a thorough check inside the roof before replacing the shingles. They were extremely safety conscious, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend considering Shift for any roof and solar installations.

The installers were great and did an excellent job installing my battery. I am very happy with the installation and equipment. The only reason I did not give a 5 is that there was a lengthy delay getting my BC Hydro rebate. This was due to uncertainty around my battery type being eligible with BC Hydro. However, Shift worked diligently to have my battery type recognised by BC Hydro and ultimately I did receive my $5K rebate. Thank you for the hard work Shift. Now that this issue is resolved it would not effect other customers so you can be confident that your rebate will come in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them for your battery/PV project.

I was so impressed with my 10kw system that I added another 2kw and an Anker battery storage device. My net hydro bill at the end of 2025 was -13$! And now, I have signed up for time of day billing. My car and battery charge up overnight at a 5¢/kwhr discount. I feed solar to the grid during the day with a 100% charged battery going into the 4-9PM peak pricing (which is largely battery powered now). The savings are fantastic.

Shift were end-to-end superb to work with. While there were glitches along the way, everything was incredibly professionally handled. And the solar units are sleek and attractive.
