We've been using EMAK Telecom VoIP for Business for mvt+ for more than two years now, and honestly, we’ve been very happy with it.
What we appreciate most is how customizable the whole system is. It doesn’t feel like a one-size-fits-all solution. We were able to adapt it to the way we actually work, which made a big difference for our team.
The service has also been solid from day one. Call quality is good, the system is reliable, and when you run a business, that kind of consistency matters a lot.
Another thing we really like is that they’re clearly thinking ahead. We know they’re planning to integrate AI features soon, and that’s something we’re genuinely excited about. It’s great to work with a company that keeps improving its business VoIP and cloud phone system instead of standing still.

Warning to Businesses: Unprofessional, Unstable, and Unsafe.

We were with EMAK for 5 years, but the service declined into a liability. To save others time: the owner frequently responds to negative feedback with "alternative facts" and discrediting tactics. Here is the reality of our experience:

1. Number Theft & Reassignment: Several phone numbers we paid for were removed from our account and reassigned to another EMAK customer without notice. EMAK refused to return them.

2. Major Privacy Breach: After termination, our private customer call recordings were left publicly accessible online via unencrypted links. It took them over a week to secure our data.

3. Total Lack of Professionalism: (See attached screenshots). Their support team sent us emails calling us "cockroaches," mocking our revenue, and using "valued customer" as a joke. This is their culture.

4. False Claims of "Rulings": The owner often references "CCTS rulings" to sound official. The CCTS confirmed they do not handle these types of B2B disputes. I publicly challenge EMAK to post any such verdict or the "recordings" of abuse they claim exist. They won't, because it's a fabrication to deflect from their own conduct.

5. Outdated Tech: Despite claiming "modern features," we were never provided API access or functioning CRM integrations during our tenure.

Summary: If you value your business numbers, your data privacy, or being treated with basic human decency, look elsewhere. We have moved to a professional provider and couldn't be happier to be away from this toxic environment.

I was skeptical with the VOIP for my pharmacy, however I tried EMAK because someone referred them to me. And all I can say is wow!! I was very satisfied and think they give better service than any other company I could have dealt with. They are very Professional, kind and very courteous. They are always available for help and go the extra mile for their clients. Their system is top tier in terms of security, ease-of-use, and overall quality. They will take the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable. Their rates are very competitive, and to top it all off they have excellent and caring customer service. They answered all our questions almost immediately and helped setup the phone system from start to finish. They will have my business for a long time.

Emak are a phenomenal company. They ensure the highest quality service, their system is top tier in terms of security, ease-of-use, and overall quality. Their rates are the best I've seen and to top it all off they have excellent and caring customer service. They answer all our questions almost immediately and helped setup the phone systems from start to finish for all our clients! Highly recommend to use them you won't regret it!
