Hannah has been very helpful and great from buying to closing. She even let the Ashley guys in with my mattress as they showed up a day early. She has answered all my questions and been awesome to work with. She had a Plummer out same day due to guest bathroom toilet wasn’t getting water to the tank. It was a kinked pipe under the trailer. So far I love it here. Thanks, Linda Branham

I've been a resident here for a short while but it has been very pleasant thus far. The Property Manager made the move in process very easy for me and my family from the beginning until the end. She was very informative and helping. Ms. KJ is very prompt and fair when responding to issues with in the community. I'll be here for a while.

Under new management as of 2022, from what I’ve seen new management group is focusing on current residents and cleaning up the community. This community last year when I was there and submitted estimates to prior management co they never called to start work, even when I spent two days properly measuring sites and looking at electrical issues. New management has recently reached out for new bids on homes and plumbing. I stopped in and have seen a change in the community.
