Michael has a Master's Degree in Business Administration Finance from Delaware State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Risk Management from California State University, Sacramento, and a Business Certificate from Solano College. Additionally, he holds his Florida Real Estate License as a property owner, landlord, and entrepreneur. He holds Series 7 General Securities and Series 66 Investment Advisor Representative securities licenses, plus life and health insurance licenses in 24 states. Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Michael serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. His thorough knowledge of military pay and benefits enables him to advise clients on how to navigate the Blended Retirement System, properly allocate their contributions to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and take full advantage of other benefits.
