I am torn with this review. I engaged the firm regarding a variance that was placed on our property and continuing issues we are having with our HOA. The firm required a $200 consultation fee, which I was happy to pay. I met with Mr. Raju, he stated he would send us a letter the next day and then failed to follow-up further. After I followed up multiple times to try to get a response, I filed a 1 star review. Then, Mr. Raju did follow up stating that he had declined to represent us and now never would (neither I nor my husband had that understanding from the consultation). This was a simple misunderstanding that was exacerbated by lack of response from Mr Raju. Had Mr. Raju admitted partial fault, I would have removed the review and chalked it up to simple misunderstanding in a very busy world. Mr. Raju did refund my consultation fee, which I did not request; however, his comments back to me were very accusatory and bordering on insulting. I have no wish to hurt someone's business; however, the purpose of these reviews is to provide honest feedback, so I am changing it to 3 stars, but leaving my comments so that you can decide.
