I made an appointment with Jay for some tile work to be done in my bathroom. The day and time came and he didn't arrive. I had to text him to find out what was going on. He told me that his truck broke down and forgot to let me know. REALLY???!!!! FORGOT TO LET ME KNOW???!!! I gave him a second chance and made another appointment a couple of days later. Once again without fail he didn't arrive. I text him again wondering what was going on. He text me back saying he was running a little late. Again, time had passed and didn't arrive. I text him once again and at that point my wife and I decided to cancel him and told him the way he conducts business is horrible. His response was "That's ok." .... Really???!!! That's the response I get??!!! "That's ok."..... Well, for us, it's NOT OK!!!! Don't waste your time with him or this company. Find someone else who is reliable and cares about their business. I will let everyone person I know to not use him and his lack of professionalism. He made it clear and obvious that he just doesn't care about his work ethic!!!
