Merzier was the ultimate professional. After a handyman was sent to fix out thermostat unit, we were without heat (during 37 degree nights, the little ones were especially miserable) for 5 days. Merzier stepped in and within 15 minutes we had proper wiring, fuses replaced, and wonderful heat blasting.
On top of it, Merzier took all Covid precautions and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will not go to anyone else now that we know he is the very best!

From my first phone call to the installation, everyone was responsive, diligent and performed the work with care. I was very impressed with the the mini-splits. I highly recommend Primary Air Conditioning

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Primary Air Conditioning. They came out the same day, quickly resolved our issue, and charged a more than fair price. To say that we are satisfied is an understatement. Not only will we call on them next time we need AC repair, but we will be sure to refer them to anyone we know in need of a recommendation.
