I visited MOD pizza Frisco for the first time and was really impressed. I was helped right away and my pizza tasted great! The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The staff were all professional and friendly.

I am giving two stars not because of the food, I want to be clear. Mod is a great pizza chain and glad to see it expanding.

But boy is this location slow. Only two employees on the evening shift and that isn’t tonight, where I am writing this review. Came in the evening four days ago, same thing.

Just slow service. I would say they are very nice people but put a little grit in what you do or bring on a third employee at night. GM is sacrificing bigger margins for lack of service. You will regret that as time goes on. People want quick service in the QSR space.

As I end this post, poor employees. 12 people standing in line.

Hands down one of the best pizzas in town. The crust is perfectly baked, the sauce has amazing flavor, and the toppings are generous without being overwhelming. It’s rare to find a pizza that gets everything right, but this place nailed it. If you’re in the area and craving pizza, this should be your first stop.

Always a good deal to buy one get one free as a veteran on Veteran's Day. See photo. First time at this location and eager to try another one as first experience with one in Allen was 5 stars. I took a number of interior photos as layout is same as Allen location. We got one make-your-own and one off the menu. Both were good and we had plenty of leftovers. We will kept testing other Mod locations as one of our favorite pizza is dropping in service and choice of salad/pizza. This one could take over.

First time dining at this location. Ordered online and went to pickup. Staff is super friendly and got our order ready and made perfectly.
Four pizzas and a Ceasare salad and everyone really enjoyed the meal.
