Really easy to work with and his is willing to adapt and get it the way that you want it. Had a snafu on a repeat sticker order where they came out a smaller size. I made a call and Rick got on it immediately to correct it and was at no cost to me due to the honest mistake. That specific order was only like 15 - 20 stickers but now has a life long customer due to that type of service.

We had car magnets and business cards printed here. The car magnets were black and had a misprint on the bottom. We had to wait to have them reprinted. Now they printed them in charcoal grey, and there are print lines across them (like the printer was running out of ink). It is very apparent on a black truck. The business cards took twice as long as we were told, and we felt blown off when we would call to check. The cards have a black background. Half of the cards have a white line down the right side, 5 in the middle of the stack are printed right, and the other half have a white line down the left. I was told it wasn't their fault, and I could wait longer to have more reprinted or just deal with it. The girl that helped could have cared less about resolving the situation. We are embarrassed to hand our our new business cards. We are going to have to have everything reprinted. We wasted our time and money. We couldn't be more disappointed in the service we were given. I would not recommend this business.

Pete Denes was great to work with. He was very flexible with our timeline and our design. We had to change the graphics a couple different times and he was so helpful. We also added to our order last minute and he was able to promptly get us taken care of. The kid that came out to do our install was also great! He took a lot of pride in his work, he was so polite, knowledgeable and educated me on what to expect and how the image would settle over time. It looks great and I really appreciated having quality service!!!
