This is the 2nd time we’ve rented a forklift from United Rentals. Great customer service and communication! Forklift arrived on time and worked great.

The store representative was very helpful in discussing my project and his recommendation for an aerial lift was perfect. Also his suggestion for renting it on a Friday, so I'd have the use of it over the weekend was very helpful. I used it all day Friday, half of Saturday due to storms, all of Sunday, and a couple hours Monday morning. The delivery driver was very patient and helpful with a quick tutorial on all the controls.

The best rental company in the area in my opinion, they've got great customer service and the highest quality services. Not only do they stand behind their word, but they back it with the 24 hour customer care that they offer as well.

I've only had great experiences using United and plan to continue into the future. I recommend these guys to everyone.

Damaged fresh Blacktop, taking no responsibility. Driver unloaded flatbed semi and hydraulic trailer wheels rolled fresh blacktop as wheels moved toward tractor. Find another rental place. There are several in Oshkosh. Franklin delivered this crawler for our painting contractor a week after new blacktop was installed. The sign from black to company still posted. Talked to manager Rich Carlen. No ownership of damage or resolution offered. He said his driver has been doing this for over 18 years and no damage. If he has been delivering for 18 years he would know better. I received a quote to repair and sent to Rich. No response. Followed up two weeks in a row. Rich now says it is being handled by corporate in Ohio. It's in there hands now.. How convenient. I asked for a contact with no response. GO ELSEWHERE. If they actually make an insurance claim or pay for repairs I would happily update my post.
