Pratt is a totally unscrupulous contractor. The price is never the real price. He underbids fully knowing that he will add-on charges. The work quality is fair but not totally finished. His extreme markups for supplies is outrageous. For example a cost of $100 for lumber was charged to me for $1,600. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for feliable contactors.
