If I could give them zero stars, I would. The worst experience ever renting from Rosetti's new property in Guilderland. Had nothing but problems from day 1. The apartment is very very dark and the humidity was very high. They did provide a dehumidifier but expected us to run it and pay the electric. Our heating/energy bill was never as high as it was living here. The apartments must have built on swamp lands. The engineer/designer should issue a full refund for these poorly designed apartments. I would never rent from Rosetti again. We lived there for 1 year and they didn't tell us before we moved in that the property would not be finished for another year +. Then, when they issued our renewal, they wanted to increase the rent! LOL
