11:30 a.m. – Sunday, September 28.
The staff were unable to help me. I had to buy everything at BMR – and I only changed stores because I don't think it's right to spend my money in a business with poor service and no customer support.

I'm very disappointed with their return policy. The item was defective, and they told me the packaging was damaged, so they refused to issue a refund. I've returned items to this same Rona store in previous years without any problems; it's normal for the corners of the packaging to be torn when opening it.
