I had the best service from Thérèse who helped me with the purchase of 3 artificial palm trees. I prior went to 2 other RONA locations and I couldn't find anybody to help me out.
But in Oka, despite being a small franchise, I GOT THE BEST SERVICE THAT I HAD IN YEARS!!!
Spend a bit more of gas and be treated like someone cares... believe me, it's freakin' worth it!!!

Found what I needed with the help of the incredible staff!! They didn't know at first but went out of their way to help me out. That makes a huge difference! Bravo to all the team! Would be nice to see some RabaisChoc rebate/gift card every now and then though, because I haven't seen any for a long time now and it is always handy to have 1 or 2 in my pocket for my small home projects. Cheers!

They usually have what is needed, but it's a small store. Keeping 6ft apart was difficult. The employees are really nice, and I'm happy that I can use my status card there. The last time I went I bought some glue and batteries and two separate employees asked if I needed help choosing. Then at the cash they were helpful with which batteries were on sale even though they were busy.That was great, thanks ladies!

After being in the store for a while I finally made it to the cash to realize that the girl did not notice me for approximately 7 minutes as I gazed at her and just left because she was full of herself and never realized me standing there. Please hire new cashiers

Alain knew exactly what I needed to solve my plumbing problem; and they had the parts in stock!
As for the paint, the “paint lady”, as I call her affectionately, gave me just the right combination of primer and paint that I needed.
