I have had nothing but good experiences with this Branch. Very kind helpful people. They not only take care of your money.They take care of you as a human. I'm always met with a smile. So many of the people at this branch have gone out of their way to help me. I Will never go anywhere else.

I went to deposit some money in my account and teller almost but the money in someone else account, so l had to show the teller my driver's license. and explain to her that I was the only one on account.

Extremely convenient to use this facility in order to access my Natco Credit Union account because my bank is closed on the weekends and this facility is a sister facility to my bank. It was a true lifesaver for me over the weekend while in Ohio.

I will never go to this branch again and I would strongly recommend that nobody else goes to to this location. The teller was really rude, condescending, and racist. She did not know what she was doing and we had to keep correcting her. Then she asked if we would prefer if someone else waited on us. We responded yes then she proceeded to give the other teller who was the assistant manager the account number which she should not have done especially after she was not waiting on us any longer. I asked the assistant manager for the tellers name and the branch manager's name she refused and said the teller was her employee but eventually gave me the branch managers name. I will be sending an email to the branch manager and even higher regarding the experience at this location. Not a way to treat customers who have been with the credit union since the 80's
