Kate, Registered Dietitian, has been a member of the Beacon team since 2014, with roles in inpatient nutrition coverage and outpatient nutrition therapy. Kate counsels individuals on a wide range of health issues, including diabetes, heart disease, eating disorders, digestive issues and weight loss. She also teaches group nutrition classes covering cardiac rehab, pulmonary rehab and diabetes. Kate is a compassionate and dedicated nutrition expert. Her primary focus is on intuitive eating principles. When working with weight-management patients, she helps them create a better relationship with food. Kate empowers her clients to break free from diet culture and social ideas surrounding food and eating practices. Kate speaks English, but translators of many languages are available. Read more
