A+++ experience. Johanna and Will were outstanding to work with. We had the usual "old roof" issues of moss, general wear and loosening shingles, but our most bothersome problem was ice buildup where the garage roof meets the house. As a result, every winter, we had to fight to open the connecting door due to the weight of the ice above it.
I was unable to be on site on the day the work was done, but came the next day; it felt as if the roof had been replaced by magic. I scoured the grounds and found exactly ONE roofing nail to prove that JMS had been there. No shingles, no tar paper, nothing - perfect clean-up job.
We now have a new beautiful roof. I am particularly excited about that the ice buildup solution recommended by Johanna. Can't wait for the next heavy snow!

Will and his team did an amazing job replacing our roof. I'd recommend them to everyone, they were fast, courteous and professional. We couldn't be more happy with how our roof looks now.

JMS Roofing is wonderful company! I worked with Jake and the team for many yeas and it was my pleasure! The whole team there is amazing and they all care about what they do. They will go out of there way to make sure your roofing or other projects will be done exceptionally well! I will say if you choose JMS, you made an excellent choice.

We have had an excellent experience with JMS Roofing. From a timely and thorough estimate by Johanna to terrific customer service by Will Segnitz and a fast and efficient replacement roof done in a day by a professional team of roofers. Everyone we talked with was kind, courteous, and helpful. I am so relieved to have found an honest and reliable contracting business in the area and will not hesitate to recommend them and use them again for future projects.

We received an exceptional referral from a neighbor who contracted with JMS roofing. We were so happy for the referral. The staff was professional start to finish. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the crew was that replaced our roof. They were a hard working crew and had our roof done in one day. The cleanup was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone needing their roof replaced. Eric and Cynthia - Meredith NH
