🚩🚩🚩🚩THEFT!!! DISRESPECT. THEFT!!! RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽Wish there was a ZERO rating! FILING FRAUD REPORT WITH COBB COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT! It’s public record, be on the look out. Okay.. so to agree with the other review the dispatch lady is DISRESPECTFUL! We hired a cab to drive us according the THEIR records, 1.3 miles = base fee of $6. However, cab driver #135 (heavy set bald head guy) always charged us $12. MULTIPLE TIMES! That’s round trip pricing. We only went one way. Called the company, they did an “investigation” and said even with traffic lights, charge is only $6 and they don’t know why he is doing that. Said they would compliment our next ride. Never happened. Called back again told us to speak with manager Tim Hewitt Jr. he never did a thing. Said speak with his dispatcher Dory. She told me go back to Tim jr. So at this point I went to higher management. Tim Hewitt Sr. 770-429-1074 x 201(Owner Sr) x202( manager Jr) x 204(wife dolly) NO ONE called back. It’s been 3 weeks! MULTIPLE messages. The rude lady answers and says what the problem, we won’t send you that driver anymore. I explained problem is we’re out of 4 rides to work including tips that’s $30. She then goes on to say Tim is dealing with a broken foot. Well okay understood. However, your business and money is still flowing. And we’re here trying to figure out how to get to work to feed our family bc we don’t have passive or residual income that still comes if we have a broken foot. So now I’m on my way to file a complaint with the better business bureau and and formal with Cobb county Secretary of State as well as contacting legal aid. I’m not out for this company. But this is THEFT and creates a hardship. The company CONFIRMED charge should have been $6 and yet has not right the wrong. It’s been 3 weeks!!!!
