I went to the Justice of Peace to obtain a Form 2 on 30Oct 2020- this is my first time to do this in my life. The judge ruled against it because I did not provide sufficient evidence to prove the individual was a danger to himself or others. Fine, she was doing her job. I understand this. But I felt interrogated like I was a criminal, when I was only there to try to help a relative with mental health issues. I am not there to profit but only there to try to get help for a relative. She was not compassionate just cold, curt and impersonal. It was not a good experience.
