I had such a great experience at CAVA ! The food was fresh, flavorful, and everything was prepared really well. There were so many great options to choose from, and the portions were generous. The staff was also friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and you can really tell they care about the quality of the food and service. Definitely one of my favorite spots when I’m looking for something fresh, filling, and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this location and CAVA ! 🥗❤️

This CAVA is sooo yum! I love that the food is always fresh and you get a good portion for what you’re paying for. The staff is also really sweet and patient. The environment is great for studying too!!

The food is absolutely great! But what makes it even better is Angel!! He is a worker there and has always greeted me and my friends and made our experience 10 TIMES MORE BETTER!! Angel is quick and efficient and always takes the time to ask us how we are even when it's busy!! He keeps the line moving but makes our experience more personal!!

This CAVA location at Frisco Marketplace should not be operating under these conditions.

The AC is not working, there appears to be little to no effective ventilation, and there are three or four employees working over hot equipment in an already extremely hot restaurant. This is Texas in August, during one of the hottest periods of the year. Expecting employees to work an entire shift in these conditions is completely unacceptable and, frankly, inhumane.

Management should have closed the restaurant until the air conditioning and ventilation were properly functioning. No employee should be expected to spend hours working over hot equipment in a building that cannot maintain a safe and reasonable temperature just to keep the store open.

It is also unacceptable for customers. You walk inside to order food and immediately feel how unbearably hot the restaurant is. If it’s uncomfortable for a customer standing there for 10 minutes, imagine what it’s like for the employees working an entire shift.

CAVA corporate needs to look into this location immediately. Take care of your employees, fix the working conditions, and stop prioritizing keeping a store open over the basic well-being of the people working there. The general manager should have made the responsible decision and closed the restaurant until the problem was fixed.

People often go to Cava expecting to pay a premium price for healthy food, but this visit was really disappointing. The portion was small, the rice and lentils were hard to chew, and the entire place was unhygienic—dirty tables, a messy fountain area, and overflowing trash. Angel’s service was also below average; we didn’t even feel like talking to him because the whole atmosphere was off. When people go to these kinds of places, they expect cleanliness and decent service, but this was well below average.
