Terrible roll out of new bill pay system! I followed instructions and stopped at a branch, talked to a representative and he had me logon to my bill pay acct. then he looked over all my items and said I’d be fine! Well I find out today via a recording when I called the back because all my previous bill pay info is gone that I have to set it all up again. Would have been nice if the representative would have told me that when I stopped by the bank!
