I have wanted to be a pediatrician since I was five years old and could not imagine doing anything else. It is so rewarding to work with children all day. I like to provide care that incorporates the patient and their family. I try to be clear with my explanations. I like to sit and listen. Often initial concerns can be more complex, so I take the time to ask questions to provide more personalized care. This helps create a solution that works best for everyone. In this way, everyone feels heard and respected. I have had parents tell me they feel I give the best care and take my time with their children.
