I got my sheets/ duvet Christmas of 2020…only two years later they’re tearing at every seam, all buttons have fallen off too. Unacceptable.

The fitted sheets we purchased just over a year ago have completely fallen apart. This was an investment we made that we thought we’d have for years. We are very unhappy as your products are marketed as not cheap because they're supposed to be high quality and long-lasting. We have emailed your customer service and look forward to hearing how you will help rectify this situation.
UPDATE: Looks like both their customer service email and website are offline.

Personal circumstances prevented the use of this king fitted sheet within Tess's 30-day period. The attached image is from its first "use". Never used, never washed. Now it's garbage. Rather than offer a replacement, Maison Tess offered a $30 gift certificate or a duvet cover ... queen size, which they are obviously trying to rid themselves of. Take your business elsewhere.

$650 for 1 year of use, ouch. Sort by "lowest rating" on google reviews here and read many more stories like mine. During the first year this bedding shed so much lint it caused agitation in the lungs. The fitted sheet also stretched an immense degree. Start of second year the fitted sheet tore, the duvet cover tore at the buttons. I love to buy Canadian, but would recommend you spend your money elsewhere(Flax Home Linen, Au Lit Fine).

Unfortunately, I don't recommend buying from Maison Tess. I purchased light gray sheets and a light gray duvet cover. When my ordered arrived, I was disappointed to see that my sheets and duvet color were blue instead of gray (not gray/blue, they were blue). I contacted customer service and they told me color variations can happen. After only a couple of washes I noticed significant pilling. Once again, I contacted customer service and they were unhelpful. After about a year and a half of use, my sheets completely fell apart and I had to throw them away. I've always respected the washing and care instructions. I purchased cheaper linens that are more comfortable and durable and would recommend that you do the same.
