David is primarily responsible for financing all asset classes of income property real estate and providing access to capital markets for non-recourse financing. Under David's leadership, over $1.5 billion in commercial income property mortgages have been funded through numerous capital market sources. David has a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business. He is also a licensed real estate agent. Active in his community, David serves as Vice Chair for the City of Norfolk Convention and Visitors Bureau.
