Out of all the storage facilities we've used in the last 40 years, this location of Access Storage being Airport location is the absolutely the best. Management here are very accommodating. They are super friendly and have a great understanding of the customers needs.

I dropped in the morning before I took possession of the unit and was met by two very pleasant helpful employees. I received my access code and was able to take a look at the unit. Great service with a smile. Unit was clean.

I reserved a storage unit there as it had a high rating and it was convenient for me. But, unfortunately the job I was offered fell through as the company is moving this location to Ohio in the USA. Mainly because of being over regulated in Ontario etc etc, the company is headquartered out of Saskatchewan. I gave this explanation to access storage who offered their apologies for my predicament, they were understanding and empathetic to my predicament. They said they would refund my deposit and that spoke volumes to their honesty and commitment to their customers.
If I was to utilize a storage facility in this area again, I would definitely go here, I highly recommend access storage for any and all your storage needs.

Access Storage is an excellent business to rent storage space from i rented space on Rhodes drive and. Melissa is extremely helpful and professional and her customer service is superior. I would definitely rent with them again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone considering doing business with them.

I have been a client at the access storage by the airport for a few years now. Melissa has assisted me with any issues or concerns I have experience in my own personal life that has hindered me with scheduling payments and also if I needed a larger unit or smaller unit. I was so Leary and concerned of my situation a few years ago and Melissa helped me right away always going that extra mile too. I now had 2 units. She was amazing. I was at a previous storage place that was horrible. Not here. She is hands down true community and business.

Very nice, clean and secure facility. The staff at this location were exceptional. Very nice, helpful and unrushed. As a person who had not rented a storage unit before, I had many questions. The staff were extremely accommodating and answered all my questions without issue. Very reasonably priced as well.
